1. A Certificate will be issued to Manufacturers by Symphony upon therecommendation of its local Distributor if:
1.1 Symphony's standard form of Confidentiality Agreement has beensigned by a Director of the Manufacturer.
1.2 Symphony is satisfied:
(a) that the Manufacturer has suitable facilities for storing d2w additive and extruded film and complies with Symphony's storage instructions
(b) has the correct equipment to extrude and/or convertoxo-biodegradable polymer product including d2w additive
(c) that the equipment is correctly cleaned, maintained, and operated
(d) that operating staff are properly trained and managed
(e) that test films have been produced and have been tested by Symphony and found to be satisfactory
(f) that goods are manufactured strictly in accordance with Symphony's manufacturing instructions
(g) that d2w additive has been supplied in commercial quantities (notjust for trials)
(h) that the Manufacturer holds an ISO 9001-2008 certificate or Symphony is otherwise satisfied as to quality management
(i) that the Manufacturer complies with all local laws
2. Certificates should be displayed at the Manufacturer's andend-user's office and on their websites, and a copy will be given toall customers and potential customers of the Manufacturer for productsmade with d2w.
3. Certificates may be cancelled by written notice to the Manufacturerafter consultation with Symphony's local Distributor if:
(a) there is any breach of the Confidentiality agreement
(b) any of the conditions in paragraph 1.2 above are no longer satisfied
(c) the Manufacturer has used less than one tonne of d2w Additive inthe immediately preceding six months
(d) the Manufacturer has failed on request to supply to Symphony fortesting a sample of product made by the Manufacturer with d2w, or hassupplied a sample which has proved to be unsatisfactory.
4. Upon cancellation, certificates shall be returned to Symphony
